I’m not a big fan of social networks, and I’m sure plenty share this ideology with me. But we also have to admit that we keep on using them despite our hatred towards them and our ideal fantasies of throwing away our phones and living off the grid.
Nevertheless, I find myself using them nowadays to post about my daily happy rituals. Such as my afternoon coffee making, my morning gym sessions, and what I’m currently reading or playing on the PS5.

Posting on Instagram specifically made me realize how camera shy I am. Like I’ve been waiting to have a perfect body image to post a selfie or a mirror shot. So I made the intention to beat the camera shyness and post more photos without any form of hesitation.
Nowadays I’m focusing on my daily habits, such as the gym and my evening meditations. I’ve been having this knee pain that has been going on for the last two weeks. I’m doing my best not to go to the doctor to check it out. 🙁
I’m also enjoying reading Terence McKenna’s Food of the Gods, which I’m immensely enjoying and it keeps dropping my jaw with awe.
I have plenty of music sketches on my iPad that I’m dedicating sometime to polish and hopefully publish. So stay in tune for that!
